1 tsp olive oil
1 lb. ground beef (or Kosher ground beef)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup onion
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 white vinegar
1/4 cup yellow mustard
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg Hebrew National hot dogs
hot dog buns
favorite toppings (optional)
green onions
purple onions

heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
add in the ground beef, breaking up as it cooks
once meat is cooked through drain off any excess oil
add in the onion and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until onion is softened
add in ketchup, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper
allow to simmer, stirring often, until liquid is reduced and chili is thick, about 10 minutes
cook hot dogs using favorite method, on a skillet or grill
place hot dog on bun and spoon chili over the top
finish off by sprinkling with your favorite toppings
