Ingredients :

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked green beans, snapped into even lengths
  • 1 cup French fried onions

Directions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper.
  3. Stir in the green beans and a half cup of the French onions.
  4. Spread into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Stir the beans and then sprinkle on the remaining French fried onions.
  7. Bake for another 5 minutes, until the onions are lightly browned.
