I know, I know, hearing the word “toast” for breakfast sounds so boring and inefficient; however, I’m talking about a quick and easy breakfast toast that is hearty and filling. Yup I’ve upgraded my toast game and now you can too.

The next time your morning turns into a marathon at your house and you need something to whip up quickly, make toast and fancy it up! Below are 6 super creative (and super easy) breakfast toast ideas that are tasty and healthy.


Ingredients :

      • 1 slice of good quality bread (I like 100% whole wheat and Ezekiel bread)
      • 1-2 tbsp(s) of cream cheese or ricotta cheese
      • Assorted toppings- avocado, apples, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, kiwi, chopped
      • pecans, chopped almonds, agave syrup (or honey), cinnamon

Preparation :

  • Toast bread lightly
  • Spread the cream cheese (or ricotta cheese)
  • Add choice of toppings
