INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients needed to bake)
  • 3.9 oz. chocolate fudge instant pudding (plus ingredients needed to make)
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 14.4 oz. Oreos crushed, divided
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. mix chocolate cake according to package directions
  2. stir in half of the crushed Oreos into the mixture
  3. pour into a 13×9 inch baking pan and bake according to package directions
  4. while cake is baking make the pudding according to package directions
  5. once cake is cooked allow to cool for 10 minutes
  6. using a wooden skewer or chop stick poke wholes all over cake
  7. spread the chocolate pudding over the cake and spread in an even layer
  8. place cake in refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  9. using a hand or stand mixer whisk the whipping cream until soft peaks form
  10. sprinkle in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form
  11. carefully spread out the whipping cream over the pudding layer
  12. sprinkle remaining Oreos over the top of the cake and drizzle with chocolate syrup
  13. enjoy!
